Carla has worked in the health sector since 1999 and started her career in a health authority working in clinical audit, clinical governance and peer view.
She supports healthcare organisations across the south west, developing bespoke work programmes and delivering training and facilitating sessions. She also nationally delivers training courses within our personal and team development work stream and is the lead for our practice development support programme.
Carla jointly developed and now delivers our customer services programme to general practice reception based teams across the country. These sessions have received excellent feedback and the programme is being organically evolved to offer additional courses to a wider audience.
Carla has been involved in developing, maintaining and training staff in quality initiatives within health since 2000, holding both local and national topic leads. As well as managing projects within the team she is also very passionate about supporting individuals, teams and organisations to realise their potential and work together to share learning and experiences.
