Personalised training for practices and primary care networks

PCC is supporting practices and primary care networks (PCNs) by designing and delivering bespoke training and development programmes. Examples of what we have delivered in the past few months include:

Co-designing a PCN development programme in London, running four cohorts for 80 clinical directors and managers. The programme was delivered part face-to-face and part online giving both the opportunity to build a sustainable support network and allow for ease of access. The programme comprised half day sessions covering leadership styles, governance, finance and workforce. We can design a bespoke programme to suit your local needs and cover for instance, other elements such as premises and collaborative working.

In another PCN in the North West, we provided a series of facilitated sessions exploring effective population health management and a Team leaders development programme as well as director level executive coaching.

Recent training support to PCNs in London also includes programmes made up of our personal and team development courses such as leadership development, project management and courageous conversations.

Feedback includes:
“The session was informative based on the information coveted & I enjoyed the breakout groups as opposed to sitting listening for 3hrs”
“I found the session extremely helpful and informative. Sometimes we get stuck in our ways of communicating however refreshing on positives that we can change and improve our working.”

We would be happy to talk to you about how we can work together to upskill and build confidence in your PCN and practice teams contact enquiries@pcc-cic.org.uk or visit https://www.pcc-cic.org.uk to find out more.
