Primary care contracts – are your processes in place?

Integrated care boards (ICBs) have taken on the responsibility for the day to day management of primary care contracts. Are the processes in place to ensure that these are managed? If a there is a quality concern, do you know what to do? If a GP practice asks for a premises improvement grant, do you have the processes to manage this?
