Support your practices to work successfully at scale

13 March 2018

Local transformation plans cannot succeed without effective participation of GP practices working at scale. Practices have their own compelling reasons to organise in bigger groupings, allowing them to share premises and staff, move into new areas of provision and team up to tackle growing issues of demand and workload. PCC now offers support to commissioners to enable practices to start to work together effectively and to help those groups that are already up and running to take their next steps with confidence. Our support includes personal and team training, events, local workshops and business planning. To find out more, email enquiries@pcc-cic.org.uk.
