Working together to reduce duplication in general practice
12 January 2018
The Care Quality Commission has developed a framework to reduce duplication in the regulation and oversight of general practice.
The framework provides structure, support, and examples of good practice for our organisations, partners and stakeholders to share and learn from. Aimed primarily at staff working in CQC, NHS England and in clinical commissioning groups, it will provide clarity on how to avoid making multiple requests for information from the same providers.
This document is the first product of the regulation of general practice programme board established following the publication of the General Practice Forward View.
