Rodrigo Correa

Rodrigo is an experienced Prince II certified project manager with over six years’ experience working in the health and social sectors for London Drug Alcohol Action Teams and two years working in CQC preparation roles in Lambeth and Newham. Successfully supported nine specialist community health centres and GP surgeries through CQC inspection.

Key Skills:

  • Project management – developed insight and online community tools for research and policy for Department of Education (2010). Designed project initiation documents (PIDs), and risk framework tools for Hackney Council using Prince II (2007). Undertaking two ‘needs assesments’ for Westminster Council and Southwark PCT drug and alcohol action teams. Supported the research of Lambeth Carers Strategy.
  • Training for First Patient Social Enterprise including training four members of staff in CQC preparation so that the health centre was prepared for CQC inspection. Infection control training was also carried out.
  • Patient safety – Organised health and safety training and management of equipment. Worked with facilities manager to improve buildings that patients access. Provided assistance on significant event monitoring using Intradoc and also looked at alternative systems for procuring patient safety monitoring such as DATIX.
