Brand new for 2021 is the primary care network (PCN) transformation theatre, which has been designed with and for PCN clinical directors. Key sessions are focused on health inequalities, multi-disciplinary teams within PCNs and population health management. Sessions are practical, outcomes focused and educational with a focus on clinical priorities such as cancer, diabetes, respiratory, mental health and cardiovascular.

Best Practice is the ideal event for teams within general practice to attend. There are dedicated theatres for practice nurses, practice managers and relevant content for the new roles within primary care networks. For more information.
