Helen Ellis

Helen leads the personal and team development programme for PCC, delivering leadership development and PCC’s programme of training events. She regularly brings together leaders from commissioning, provider organisations and stakeholders to improve engagement, collaborative working and leadership.

Helen coaches teams and individuals, promoting confidence and personal development, and provides an opportunity for delegates to move forward and to develop further.

Helen has worked at PCC for over fifteen years and previously worked in the voluntary sector. On moving to the NHS she worked in an acute trust and in pan-London NHS roles where she successfully developed, implemented and delivered the Improving Working Lives initiative across all NHS organisations in London including the assessor training programmes.
