These publications provide details about the operation of the Commissioning for Quality and Innovation (CQUIN) scheme for 2019/20. These versions of the documents supersede those published on 7 March.

    NHS England has published the NHS standard contract for 2019/20 and supporting guidance. Commissioners have been asked to ensure the appropriate national variation is implemented for all existing contracts with effect from 1 April 2019. New contracts are expected to be based on the 2019/20 template with immediate effect.

  • Report slams ‘inadequate’ NHS capital spending
