Reviews of locally commissioned services

Southern Derbyshire CCG & Walsall CCG

PCC was asked to review all locally enhanced services as a direct consequence of the procurement regulations and national requirement for locally commissioned services.  Having conducted a thorough analysis and prioritisation exercise, PCC made recommendations and options for future commissioning arrangements.  The nature of work required to successfully carry out these pieces of work included project management expertise, application of specialist facilitation sessions with practices,  in-depth data analysis, production of bespoke decision making tools, regular liaison with senior CCG management and delivery and presentation of the final report.

North Manchester CCG

PCC was commissioned to review all locally enhanced services as a direct consequence of the procurement regulations and national requirement to commission locally commissioned services.  Having conducted a thorough analysis and prioritisation exercise, PCC made recommendations and options for future commissioning arrangements.  These were of a collaborative nature, reflecting the national and local desire to move in this direction.  The nature of work required to successfully carry out these pieces of work included project management expertise, application of specialist facilitation sessions with practices, in-depth data analysis, production of bespoke decision making tools, regular liaison with senior CCG management and delivery & presentation of the final report.
