Keeping patients up to date

It has never been more vital that practices and primary care networks keep their patients up to date with changes being made – in particular, about any changes to accessing services.

Explaining why systems have changed including explaining the problems driving the change, and what patients can now expect is vital. It is important to have a communications plan and be able to create messages that have the desired impact. Whether it’s just advice needed, or hands on support, the PCC associate team can help.
