Mike Fry

Mike has worked extensively in primary care throughout England as a regional manager with a large corporate provider organisation managing a range of services including medical practices, urgent care centres and walk in centres. The role involved working with the practice teams he managed to identify and then implement new ways of working to improve practice sustainability. This position has given Mike first hand knowledge in many areas such as the extended use of the wider clinical team, the revision of support processes and identifying the benefits of working at scale with other practices. He has also undertaken a similar regional management role in a large dental body corporate, having been responsible for the performance of over 80 practices in both Wales and England.

Mike has worked previously with PCC as an associate in the dental contract reform programme where his work included developing training events, undertaking practice reviews, leading national training events, and providing day to day support for commissioners and practices. Prior to that, as an associate director in the Modernisation Agency, he played a national role in developing change programmes within dentistry which required participation at a policy level.
