Procurement frameworks

PCC is on the following procurement frameworks, which make it easier for our clients to do business with us.

Consult 18: Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services - PCC is one of only 107 suppliers on the framework. We have been approved to provide services under:

  • Lot 1 - Healthcare business consultancy – leadership, governance and strategy
  • Lot 2 - Healthcare service delivery, development and transformation
  • Lot 10 - Ancillary consultancy services

Elis Group Transformation Change Framework 2.0 – communications and engagement (Lot 4)

Public Sector Resourcing – government framework through which public sector authorities can source contingent workers


PCC is seeking an adviser to join our team. You will support GP practices, primary care networks, other primary care providers, and commissioners to develop primary care services in line with the long term plan for the NHS. Candidates will need proven experience in managing projects, planning, client liaison, effective influencing, negotiating and facilitation. Understanding and experience of  primary care networks, federations and working in primary care are essential.  The role will involve developing good working relationships with local commissioners and providers, hands on delivery of support, and provision of advice and guidance to our clients.

The post holder will be required to travel extensively nationally.  Overnight stays are expected.

These will be a permanent contract (full or part-time).  The salary will be in the region of £42,450 to £58,300 depending on experience.
