Primary care networks (PCNs) should have their premises strategies in place and be considering implementation. This cannot be done alone, and strategies should have considered the potential to use estate resources owned by others in the area.
PCC has helped numerous PCNs with their strategy development and helps implement the plans. GP premises legislation is complex and knowledge of what is, and isn’t, possible is needed.
